Umm, hello...

I can't even process that I haven't posted in OVER  7 MONTHS.

😳

No, don't worry-I wasn't going to quit blogging.  I've just gotten caught up in the vortex called life, and have been the busiest that I've ever been.  Also, I've been procrastinating on some things, blogging for one. 

And yes, I've been pretty busy.  I got a new violin teacher, lost my former piano teacher, got new puppies, went on a road trip to Texas, made new friends, and more.  Doesn't sound like much, but trust me, it has been. 😅

For those of you who have been loyal, and stuck around, thank you.  I'm sorry I've been neglecting you all, but I'm back on the band wagon.

Monthly photo dump...heading your way!

 Well, it ends up that I'm still around.  I have some more photos and some updates on who's who and who's where now.

As everyone that raises cows knows, the steers don't live forever.  Pinnochle and Joker the bull have been butchered.  1300 lbs of good homegrown beef, yum yum!  Also, the calves (Dolly, Clover, and Jiffy) were hauled to the salesyard.

Grandma, good ol' Babushka, was given away to a homesteader family.  They love her, and we are so glad that she got a good home.

If any of you are truly observant, you'll notice that Jethro is missing.  That's because he got sick and passed to the land of flowers and grass (😂) last month.  We discovered as the other ones started getting sick that it was mineral deficiency.  We got them minerals and that fixed it, but it was too late for Jethro.

I have a ton of beautiful photos of all sorts of things, but I will only put a few of them on here.  It's still a big photo dump though.  Which I know ya'll love 😜

P.S. I don't know why, but when I upload the photos they are a little out of focus and fuzzier than they actually are, if that makes sense.

I'm pretty sure that this is my favortie photo of Storm.  Isn't she GORGEOUS?!!

Hey ya'll! I'm back with...

...beautiful photos from my new camera!

I've been thinking about purchasing a camera, so I finally did.

It's a Canon 2000D T7 Rebel.  I got one of those package deal things, where I got a tripod, memory card, camera case, several different kinds of lenses, and more.  It's been so much fun!

Sweet Ivanhoe.  He's kind of shy, but very scrappy.  He loves to surprise Storm with "surprise attacks", running up, jumping in her face and hissing, and then vanishing.

Calm O'Malley 

Cleopatra.  She's so lovey that she's pesty.  The one unique thing about her is that she licks.  Constantly, while you pet her.

Nefretiri is a energetic, easily frightened, sweet cat.  I nicknamed her "hello-kitty".  I don't know why, but it kind of fits her.

We got concrete for the back bay behind the shop and poured a bigger apron in front of it in September.

We put all the cats in the shop while pooring, but one accidentally got out and walked in the concrete, leaving a trail of kitty paws.  Dad and Dock immediately smoothed it out, but I took photos before they did.
